Job Summary

  • Support and drive achievement of the North American Region aftermarket business plan by monitoring industry trends and generating go to market strategies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a market specialist and divisional expert for Construction Industries Rebuilds & Repairs, ensuring alignment amongst regional sales teams, product groups, districts, and dealers.
  • Provide training and mentorship for regional sales teams (internal and dealer) and Dealer Rebuilds & Repairs Aftermarket Growth Specialists.
