The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, managing clinical operations, and supporting the professional growth of the clinical team. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, operational management, and leadership capabilities to drive excellence and growth within the clinic. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical activities within the clinic. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that aligns with the clinic’s mission and values. Act as a mentor and resource for osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals within the team. Develop and implement clinical protocols, standards, and procedures to maintain the highest level of patient care. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and optimal patient flow. Collaborate with administrative and support teams to enhance operational workflows. Monitor and manage clinical budgets, resource allocation, and staff schedules. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements. Team Development: Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to support professional development. Address any clinical performance or patient care concerns promptly and effectively. Patient Care & Relations: Handle complex or escalated patient cases, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
