Cash reconciliations and general ledger entries
Preparation of financial statements

Strong organizational and detail orientation

Knowledge of Private Equity fund administration
Experience with Paxus, Geneva, Investran or eFront
Ability to manage complex accounting structures
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Team training and leadership support
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree advantage
Knowledge of Private Equity or Hedge Fund accounting
Experience with incentive fees and waterfall distributions
