  • This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing Compensation systems primarily within the Workday platform.
  • The incumbent will partner closely with the Rewards CoE and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
  • The position requires managing system changes, releases including bi-annual updates, and driving continuous improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
