Job Summary

  • You will be part of the Financial Operations team, working on Accounts Payable processes for companies in Brazil and the United States, ensuring all payments are in good order, aligned with the organization's norms, procedures, and controls.
  • Your daily tasks will include verifying invoices and approving them for payment, generating payment forecasts for cash flow, responding about payment status, training and monitoring the invoice verification AI, and supporting analysts in processes.
