The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, communicating effectively with residents and staff, and assisting with activity care plans and resident assessments.
The role requires physical abilities such as frequent standing, walking, reaching, and pushing/pulling, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
