The Clinical Product Specialist Level 1 role involves providing empathetic, clinically focused customer support and education throughout the customer journey for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
This position requires maintaining clinical knowledge, following standardized workflows, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA while supporting customers onsite with eligibility for hybrid work.

Must-have
Bilingual English and Spanish skills
Customer education and support via phone
Clinical knowledge of diabetes management
Use of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
HIPAA compliance
Troubleshooting insulin pump therapy
Nice-to-have
Experience with insulin pumps and CGM systems
Virtual or phone based clinical support experience
Strong interpersonal communication
Self-starter with business acumen
Process-oriented and flexible
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in clinical field
2-3 years clinical experience with patients
Experience with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients preferred
