  • Lead and consolidate Opex planning process for the R&D organization, including annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze actual Opex results vs. plan/forecast, explain key variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and global Finance teams to ensure total alignment on spending, investment priorities, and resource utilization.
