Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years supply chain planning experience
  • 2+ years MedTech or regulated healthcare
  • Advanced forecasting methodologies expertise
  • Strong financial analysis and P&L alignment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

Nice-to-have

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Agile product development experience
  • Digital supply chain initiative exposure
  • Sustainable supply chain knowledge
  • Power BI or Tableau visualization skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning
  • At least 2 years in MedTech or healthcare
  • Certification in APICS CPIM/CSCP or PMP preferred
