Job Summary

• As the Generative AI Product Manager for Shopping & Content Search at Caterpillar, you will lead the development and integration of AI powered capabilities that transform how customers, dealers, and internal users discover parts, products, content, and solutions across Caterpillar’s digital ecosystem.
• You will work closely with engineering, search relevance, content, commerce, and UX teams to design, test, and scale GEN AI driven shopping and search solutions that improve findability, reduce friction, increase conversion, and elevate the end to end customer experience.
