This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC, serving as the strategic and operational owner of identity onboarding, access certification, policy enforcement, and day-to-day IGA operations.
Collaborate with business units to accelerate application onboarding to the central IGA platform leveraging automation technologies and implement birthright access provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.

Salary
Base: $120,000 - $217,500 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits program including 401K, medical, dental, vision, PTO, EAP

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
7+ years in identity and access management
3+ years in a leadership capacity
Deep expertise with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle OIM)
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST)
