Job Summary

  • As an Assistant County Attorney - Litigation Specialist, you will be a part of the County's in-house legal team, managing a full caseload and handling all aspects of litigation.
  • Primary areas of responsibility will include state tort and employment litigation, 42 U.S.C. §1983 litigation, concealed handgun and firearm cases, and habeas corpus petitions.
  • The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to represent the County in a variety of complex legal areas with minimal direction and supervision.
