This position will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs in accordance with guidelines and policies to provide recommendations on compensation issues and proposals.
Base: $68,320.00 - $126,880.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
