Job Summary

  • This position will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs in accordance with guidelines and policies to provide recommendations on compensation issues and proposals.
  • The role supports the Compensation function by carrying out activities that embody ‘Act as One Team’ mindset, whereby collaboration across Comp Ops, P&C, TA, etc. is expected.

Salary

Base: $68,320.00 - $126,880.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
  • CCP a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Solid experience with Workday or similar HRIS platform
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations a plus
