Job Summary
The Senior Category Manager will be responsible for the overall enterprise Category Strategy for Road, Rail and Intermodal transportation across the Haleon Supply Chain as well as the direct sourcing activities for International Road Freight and associated services globally.
They will deliver the required business outcomes across Haleon’s ~£150m global spend on this category by working closely with Regional/Cross BU procurement colleagues, Site/CMO teams, Regional Logistics Operations, Logistics CoE team and functional business subject matter experts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance
Extensive specialist knowledge and practical logistics experience
Demonstrated ability to forge close business relationships
Highly developed commercial acumen
Successful multi-year track record in delivering year on year savings
Skilled negotiator adept at managing complex negotiations
Experience managing the delivery of large projects
