Must-have
Embedded hardware design for automotive
Analog and digital circuit design
Automotive control systems expertise
EMC specifications and mitigation
Schematic capture and PCB layout
Use of laboratory test equipment
Fluent English communication
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with automotive SoCs
Experience with communication protocols
Use of Intrepid / Vector CAN toolchain
Programming knowledge in C or C++
Ability to coordinate remote teams
Hybrid remote work environment
Mentoring and leadership skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
Minimum 10+ years automotive ECU development experience
Experience with EMC & environmental automotive validation
Proficient in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB tools
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in lab environment
