Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • Five years of leadership experience in rehabilitation
  • MI Physical Therapist or NB-COT Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) or ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)
