Job Summary
Trains in basic duties of necropsy and/or basic duties of histology, learning applicable anatomic terms and the use of scientific language.
Participates in quality controls, assures correction of errors, and monitors and tracks resources like equipment and study supplies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in animal science, biology, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry OR Associates Degree in Veterinary Technician
6 months or more experience with small and large animal dissections
6 months or more experience in animal handling
Comfortable working in Animal Research Facility
Comfortable with performing small and large animal necropsy
