Job Summary
This role partners with the Senior Director to scale the Enterprise Information Architecture capability and deliver trusted data products for R&D and enterprise decision-making.
The ideal candidate will operationalize architecture standards across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and other Enterprise domains while advancing Master Data Management and governance initiatives.
The position offers a hybrid work pattern requiring 3 days per week at the Warsaw office with 2 days remote.

Must-have
8+ years data architecture experience
Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry background
Clinical Development and R&D data domains
Modern data architectures (lakehouse, mesh)
Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
MDM/RDM platforms like Reltio
GxP and regulatory requirements knowledge
Nice-to-have
AI/ML and Generative AI adoption experience
Knowledge graphs and semantic models
Strong stakeholder management skills
Cross-functional global team collaboration
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Influence and drive adoption of standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
