• Support the delivery of program services for the EmPOWER Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® initiative by building strong relationships with trade allies, ensuring program compliance, and driving participation to achieve energy savings goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with contractor coordination, and maintain ongoing communications with participating contractors and consultants to assess their needs and gather feedback.
• Contribute to program strategy evolution, marketing campaigns, and conduct market ally outreach and training, while preparing status reports and analyzing energy savings.
