Job Summary

  • As a Head of Technology, your mission will be to advance the organization's execution capacity by influencing, aligning, and evolving key teams, with a clear transformation mandate to stabilize teams, support AI dynamics, clarify priorities, and increase velocity without compromising quality.
  • You will lead the Shared Tech group (~20 people), responsible for building standards, platforms, and enabling infrastructure that serve both product lines (ShareGate and Workleap), partnering with product line heads to make delivery dramatically faster.
  • The three pillars of your scope include Product Operations (builder tooling, AI SDLC, observability), Data (analytics backbone, governance, AI quality foundations), and Security & Infrastructure (trust, compliance, incident response, operations).
