This position assists the Assistant Director in leading retail pharmacists while cultivating collaboration and mutual respect within the team.
The role is responsible for checking prepared medications, overseeing dispensing, and completing clinical patient reviews to ensure safety and accuracy.
As a subject matter expert, the incumbent must educate staff on workflow updates and provide precepting for pharmacy residents and students.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid Ohio pharmacist license required
Bachelor's degree from accredited pharmacy college
Clinical oversight of medication therapy
Patient counseling and drug interaction screening
Supervision of pharmacy technicians and students
Nice-to-have
PGY1 and PGY2 residency experience preferred
3-5 years academic medical center outpatient experience
Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
Ability to lead quality improvement activities
Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary teams
Key Requirements
Valid and unrestricted registered pharmacist license in Ohio
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Minimum 3-5 years of academic medical center outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
