The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with transportation and communication between employees, residents, and families.
The position requires maintaining attendance records, assisting in quality assurance efforts, and supporting discharge planning and activity care plans.
