Job Summary
Design, build, test, and deploy operational and strategic HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Workday Report Writer, Power BI and other system-specific reporting tools.
Consult with HR Business Partners, HR Leadership, Finance, and other business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical report specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to global and local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies when handling sensitive employee data.
