Must-have
3+ years production experience in shipbuilding
Ability to read P&ID and arrangement drawings
Polish and English language proficiency B2 level
Experience with technical planning and scheduling
Supply Chain process knowledge

Background in logistics and material flow
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
