Must-have

  • Knowledge of HEDIS measures and Risk Adjustment (HCC)
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to travel frequently between Fort Smith, Fayetteville, and Springdale

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree or BSN preferred
  • Five or more years in clinical quality improvement settings
  • EPIC EHR experience
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong change management capabilities
