Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
FPC or CPP required
8+ years of experience in payroll
2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of US/UK/EMEA payroll regulations
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday)
