Job Summary
This role will assist with the development of dementia and mental health training programmes, in accordance with competency frameworks, to equip community care organisations and key stakeholders with knowledge and skills to support their clients with dementia and mental health needs.
Conduct learning needs analysis for staff delivering dementia and mental health care in community care organisations.
Design, implement, and assess pilot capability development initiatives for community mental health programmes.

Key Requirements
