• Functions as part of the dialysis healthcare team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, patient monitoring, and documentation of treatment parameters.
• Supports infection control practices, participates in quality improvement activities, and assists in patient education and transitional care.
