Job Summary

  • This exciting role will allow you to use your depth and breadth of experience to strategize and influence management as well as the business lines you support.
  • As Bankruptcy Counsel on the Card, Banking, and PPX Legal team in Capital One’s Legal Department, the attorney in this position will work closely with a number of Capital One’s bankruptcy operations teams within the business lines, Compliance, and across the Legal Department to provide legal guidance, to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and bankruptcy laws and regulations, and manage litigation risk.
