Must-have
Extensive engineering experience in regulated environment
Strong expertise in Configuration Management principles
Experience across sustainment and acquisition programs
Background in Defence domains such as Air or Maritime
Understanding of systems engineering lifecycles and baselines
Experience using DOORS, AMPS, CMT-U, or NAVALLOW tools
Nice-to-have
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience with digital engineering tools and data modelling
Understanding of agile and waterfall lifecycle impacts
Defence industry experience in design or support environments
Passion for Zero Harm culture and People First philosophy
Key Requirements
Eligible for NV1 Security Clearance
Eligible for ITAR clearance
Must hold active NV1 Defence Security Clearance
AGSVA security clearance required
