This role supports global clients in designing and delivering enterprise performance management solutions that enhance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
You will partner with finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Adaptive models for workforce, OpEx, and revenue.
The position offers mentorship to transition existing finance knowledge into a specialized technical skillset in high demand globally.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years FP&A or Corporate Finance experience
Hands-on EPM tool experience or heavy FP&A end-user background
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable models
Experience mapping and loading data from ERP and HCM systems
Nice-to-have
Power user of Excel with complex modeling skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change
Interest in mastering Workday Adaptive Planning
Global mindset with cultural awareness
Key Requirements
3–5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Systems Consulting
