Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or related field
At least four years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, engineering, utilities operations, or related infrastructure support
Experience supervising teams in a related field
Experience coordinating contractors or vendor services
At least five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, engineering, utilities operations, or related infrastructure support role
Extensive, hands-on experience maintaining commercial or institutional building systems
Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Experience working within higher education or large campus environments
