Job Summary

  • In your role as Operations Engineer Afvalwaterzuivering you are responsible for optimizing the availability, production and safety of the operation by monitoring and further developing various process functions, variables and operations.
  • You are responsible for the optimal functioning of the plant: you monitor, improve and resolve malfunctions, while continuously working to increase the reliability and availability of the installations.
  • We offer a permanent contract from the start, a competitive salary, supplemented by a 13th month and a bonus scheme, 25 vacation days, plus a personal budget worth 18 extra vacation days.

Key Requirements

  • WO degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Process or Chemical Engineer
  • Demonstrable experience in wastewater treatment
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of process automation, HSE systems
