Job Summary

  • This role is primarily responsible for performing compliance reporting reviews and audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, NCQA, URAC and client contractual requirements.
  • The position involves managing quality assurance for monthly ODAG universe submissions, reviewing client validation results, and ensuring appropriate follow-up and closure of issues.
