Must-have
7+ years UX or interaction design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered products
Conversational design and multi-turn flow expertise
Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools
Knowledge of A2UI design system patterns
Nice-to-have
Experience with generative AI tooling like Lovable
Background in content design or UX writing
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Experience with accessibility compliance standards
Key Requirements
7+ years industry experience in product or UX design
2+ years experience building AI products
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
