Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years metal stud framing experience
Supervise crew of 15 or more people
Experience with panelized construction systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Manage site logistics and crane operations
Conduct daily safety meetings and hazard analysis
Nice-to-have
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
Experience with BlueBeam and Trimble tools
Knowledge of multi-story load bearing framing
Willingness to travel across the nation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Requirements
15+ years experience in metal stud framing and drywall
OSHA 10 & 30 Certification required
Rigging certification must be achieved within first 2 months
First Aid & CPR training must be achieved within first 2 months
Experience supervising crews of 15 or more individuals
Background in panelized construction or concrete formwork systems
