Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in supporting customers in their journey to rediscover all the emotions of sound, contributing to ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a harmonious atmosphere within the branch.
  • You will manage key moments in our customers' journey: from welcoming them, to managing information in the database, from scheduling appointments to executing post-sales services, you will be the customers' point of contact, managing communication and building a trusting relationship with them.
  • You will be responsible for the administration of the store in terms of: managing relationships with external and internal entities, updating CRM, managing forms, applying fiscal and administrative procedures, managing warehouse stock.
