Job Summary

As Director, you will own end-to-end execution from origination through closing, and play a material role in the fundraising, portfolio management and investments with credible deal and structuring expertise.
Your responsibilities include leading transactions end-to-end, driving diligence, underwriting, term sheet negotiation, documentation process management, and closing across external counsel, sponsors, and management teams.
