Job Summary

  • Demonstrate thoughtful management of team members’ time against priorities and ensure that they are prepared for meetings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external visitors and coordinate with operational teams to ensure compliance with security protocol/procedures.
  • Partner closely with leads and COO to organize and handle logistics for internal/external meetings, team events, strategy sessions, and town halls.
