Job Summary

  • The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for managing risk processes in the commercial phase, including contract negotiation and risk review, to ensure commercial intensity and compliance.
  • This role drives change through localization initiatives and improved rigor in deal making/closure for better Operational Excellence and risk management throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing and redlining customer terms, leading customer negotiations, building and operating Risk Review sessions, and steering sales and tendering teams in quality assurance.
