The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for managing risk processes in the commercial phase, including contract negotiation and risk review, to ensure commercial intensity and compliance.
This role drives change through localization initiatives and improved rigor in deal making/closure for better Operational Excellence and risk management throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and redlining customer terms, leading customer negotiations, building and operating Risk Review sessions, and steering sales and tendering teams in quality assurance.
