The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance claims, project management, and AI/automation delivery, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for improving core claim systems, analytics, and reinsurance automation.
  • The successful candidate will identify, prioritize, and sponsor AI and automation use cases across the claims value chain while establishing necessary governance controls.
  • Employees are expected to work on-site four days a week (Tuesday–Thursday plus one flexible day) to support a culture of connection and shared learning.
