Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active DoD Secret Clearance required
8 years engineering experience minimum
Bachelor's in Materials Science or STEM
Hands-on metallographic sample preparation
Knowledge of ferrous and nonferrous alloys
Experience with machining forging welding processes
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in materials science preferred
Mentoring and growing employees desire
Expert level first principle engineering knowledge
Experience in high-production manufacturing environment
Ability to execute in scrappy entrepreneurial environment
