Mercury Marine is seeking an Engineering Manager for NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and Structures to lead innovation and ensure the performance of their marine propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NVH engineering, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

Job Summary

  • Drive innovation and technical excellence in our NVH & Structures team, shaping the acoustic, vibration and durability performance of marine propulsion systems.
  • Manage HR and budget resource plans for NVH, Shaker, Servo-Hydraulic, Bolted Joint, and Thermal laboratories and staff.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate NVH solutions early in the development cycle and drive root cause analysis of NVH issues.
