This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
The position involves conducting periodic safety inspections, managing corrective actions, and validating emergency equipment and evacuation routes.
Candidates will participate in site EHS routines, hazard identification, and support emergency preparedness drills within a global leader in flavors and fragrances.

Must-have
Valid Occupational Health & Safety license
Periodic safety inspections across operational areas
Knowledge of Colombian EHS legislation
Risk identification and mitigation
Incident investigation and root cause analysis

Experience in industrial environments preferred

Key Requirements
Technician or Technologist degree in Occupational Health & Safety
Valid Occupational Health & Safety license (mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in EHS roles
Solid knowledge of Colombian EHS and environmental legislation
