Job Summary

  • You will establish partnerships at all levels within the service partners organizations and with their suppliers, emphasizing: collaboration, clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency.
  • You will oversee all general facilities management, engineering infrastructure, housekeeping and other property related services across the managed locations (approx500 office spaces, ranging in size between 10,000sqft - 500,000sqft) ensuring that Real Estate Operations maintenance service partners operate in an effective manner and in compliance with Morgan Stanley's rules and guidelines, thereby minimizing risk and protecting the Firm and its franchise.
