Job Summary
As the Substation Section Leader, Townsville you'll help us connect a more sustainable energy future for more than five million Queenslanders and 241,000 businesses.
You will lead and support a team of field-based substation specialists delivering maintenance, repairs, operations, construction and testing of high voltage substation plant and associated equipment up to 330 kV.
Competitive remuneration packages + 14.75% superannuation 9-day fortnight or 10-day fortnight available depending on business requirements.

Key Requirements
Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineer or lesser qualification with experience
Qld Electrical Fitter / Mechanic licence
Current ‘C' Class drivers’ licence
Demonstrated ability to maintain, construct and operate substation equipment rated up to 330kV
Experience leading work teams and providing on-the-job technical advice
