This role will ensure the DAM ecosystem delivers measurable business value by overseeing process mapping, implementation, ongoing operations, and optimization across markets.
Serving as the central connection point across marketing, medical, regulatory, IT, and external partners, the DAM Operations Lead will translate a pre-defined strategic vision into executional reality.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00.

Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience
Life sciences/pharma or heavily regulated industries experience

Proven expertise in leading DAM platforms (e.g., AEM Assets)
Demonstrated success in managing business/product teams or offshore service teams
Deep knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, rights management, content lifecycle management
Experienced leader with track record of managing cross-functional and global teams
