Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years construction experience in heavy civil construction
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Quality Control Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Current USACOE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification
  • EM 385 40 hour and OSHA 30-hour certifications
  • Current Professional Engineering Registration in Tennessee
  • Familiarity with EM-385-1-1
