As an Account Specialist, you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers in Louisiana
Job Summary
As an Account Specialist, you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers in Louisiana.
Reviewing and approving projects submitted by participating trade allies, performing desktop and field QA/QC to validate technical project data, and coaching and training Trade Allies and internal support team members.
Build and maintain in-person relationships with Louisiana Trade Allies, local/state efficiency non-profit programs, sub-contractors, and industry associations, with opportunities to attend trade shows and conferences.
