Job Summary
You are the first point of contact in IT support and ensure that our colleagues receive quick and reliable help – friendly, solution-oriented, and communicative.
You support the setup and maintenance of IT workstations (hardware, software, and network) and actively contribute to the achievement and monitoring of defined KPIs.
